The Auckland Lights – City Night Tour

The perfect way to spend your evening in Auckland. Join your Tour Bro. on a night time adventure through the bright lights of Auckland. Summit our favourite volcanoes and viewpoints to take in the glorious vistas of Auckland at night. Be sure to dress warm and bring your camera for a fantastic evening with your Tour Bro. To ensure your tour is intimate and personalised our maximum group size is capped at four travellers, plus your local expert Tour Bro. (private tours can accommodate up to six travellers*)

Depart hotel 20:30 (summer) or 19:00 (winter) – Tours run for approximately 3 hours.

Driving in our luxurious SUVs we head to Silo Park. Walk along the wharf for a brilliant view of the iconic Auckland Harbour Bridge, and the $10 million solar powered LED light display. We make our way to the Auckland Domain and Auckland War Memorial Museum; an imposing and iconic neo-classical building lit up in all its glory.

Next we arrive at Maungawhau – Mt Eden .  Walk 10 minutes to the cone of this 15,000 year old volcano. Enjoy remarkable, uninterrupted, 360° views of the wider Auckland region.  A fantastic vista of the CBD and Auckland Harbour Bridge in their illuminated beauty can be seen from the summit.

Driving over the iconic Auckland Harbour Bridge we make our way to the affluent suburb of Devonport. We will walk to a viewing point atop Takarunga – Mt Victoria. This location offers a breathtaking panorama of the city that will be sure to leave a lasting memory.

Our next stop is a unique and stunning view of the city from under the Auckland Harbour Bridge. You will have the opportunity to take fantastic photos of Auckland City. Return to the city centre and receive a close up view of the downtown nightscape as we cross the Auckland Harbour Bridge before dropping you off at your inner city hotel or cruise ship.
