What should I wear?
Auckland is famous for it’s four seasons in one day weather. We recommend you wear at
least two layers of clothing and comfortable walking shoes suitable for walking on sand, gravel and possibly wet terrain. We also recommend bringing a rain jacket in case of wet weather. You can always leave a layer of clothing in the vehicle if
Can I bring my luggage?
Unfortunately on our one day tours, due to space restrictions we are unable to accommodate luggage. You can bring a small carry on backpack or handbag. Please speak to your friendly concierge team at your hotel or cruise ship to arrange storage for your luggage whilst on your tour.
What should I bring?
If you require any medication during your tour, please ensure you have it with you. If you require any additional products that are necessary for you to be fit & comfortable on your tour, please bring them as well.
What are the age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions; anybody who is willing and able to come on an adventure is
welcome. We recommend a moderate level of fitness, however we are more than happy for you to
veto any walking. (Travellers over 100 roll with us for free, because that is rad).
Are your tours suitable for infants?
We welcome infants on our tours. Please note, when out of the vehicle exploring, you may need to carry your child. We cannot accommodate a pushchair or pram in the vehicle due to space restrictions. If you require an infant car seat, please advise in the ‘Special Instructions’ field when completing your booking. Provided we are made aware at the time of booking, we can provide a New Zealand vehicle safety standard approved infant car seat or child booster seat complimentary.

Where do I meet my Tour Bro.?
Your Tour Bro. will meet you in your hotel lobby or cruise ship meeting point. We will be wearing a black shirt with the Tour Bro. Logo on the left chest. If you do not see us, your friendly hotel concierge

Why are two seats complimentary when I book a private tour?
